Medium:

Description:
The provincial government building in Regina, Saskatchewan. The text in the drawing is not referring specifically to the government in Saskatchewan, but government in general. It explores the impact of government on the spirit and character of the city, for better or for worse.

This drawing was framed by Golder Associates Ltd. and displayed in the office in Calgary for three years. The text provoked a lot of discussion and was one of my most ambitious drawings.
